My boyfriend and I purchased a 2019 F350 at B&N after hunting for months and being stood up by other dealerships in the NW Wisconsin/NE Minnesota areas. I cannot recommend Brett enough for truck purchases, especially work and haul trucks like the one we were looking for. The price we paid was far under market value which is hard to come by these days. There were a few minor issues with the vehicle (as any used work truck is bound to have), he fixed everything, ordered us a new trim piece free of charge, dropped the price $1,000, gave us a new key for a spare, and filled the tank with diesel. There was no hassle, just a competent salesman who purchases quality vehicles and sells them at reasonable prices. I could not be happier with our experience and if we ever need another truck I will be back. This is the kind of experience dealerships 50 years ago had, honest, hard-working people who understand what HD truck owners are looking for and don’t try to mark up prices or create hidden fees to pad their pockets. He also does the paperwork in house, so no need for a DMV visit!!! If you are looking for a work truck, call Brett!!!

Very bad sellar and when I sent them messages they reply with rude responses

i purchased a truck from here last september, come to find out this spring the mat they had in my bed was covering insane amounts of rust. on top of that the only reason i found out is because my passenger side of my bed has completely broken off. i haven’t even owned it for a year and i’m already having to look into getting a new vehicle. do not come here.

I had to have some suspension work done on my 2022 F350. They were able to get the parts in a few days & very accommodating to get me in to get it fixed. Highly recommend B&N Motors!
